This role sits at the intersection of legal operations, contract management, and data-driven process improvement. You will help ensure contracts are reviewed, structured, and executed efficiently while strengthening the systems that support organization-wide legal workflows. The position plays a key role in maintaining compliance, improving contract lifecycle tools, and enabling teams to move faster with clarity and confidence. You will work across departments to translate legal requirements into practical guidance and scalable resources. Accountabilities

In this role, you will oversee contract operations and legal systems while enabling consistent, efficient, and scalable legal processes across the organization:

  • Review, draft, and edit a variety of contracts including vendor, partnership, and independent contractor agreements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • Manage and maintain the contract lifecycle management system, including workflows, tracking, and ongoing platform optimization.
  • Oversee contract templates, playbooks, FAQs, and guidance materials to standardize contract practices and improve internal usability.
  • Deliver training and resources that strengthen organization-wide understanding of legal and contracting processes.
  • Produce recurring reports and analyze contract data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve legal operations.
  • Support matter management workflows, ensuring accurate routing, tracking, documentation, and reporting across legal requests.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance legal operations, contract efficiency, and user experience.
  • Requirements

    This role requires strong contract expertise combined with operational and analytical capabilities, along with the ability to work effectively across teams:

    • Experience reviewing, drafting, and analyzing contracts and legal documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Background in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or paralegal work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with contract or matter management systems (e.g., Ironclad or similar platforms).
    • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends that support process improvement and decision-making.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
    • Experience creating templates, training materials, documentation, or operational resources.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal certification or equivalent credential is a plus.
