We are seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Compliance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of key global compliance initiatives. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this role is critical in ensuring our enterprise compliance programs meet regulatory requirements, align with industry standards, and are effectively embedded across the organisation.

This role is fully remote, with flexibility for hybrid working for candidates based near Tewkesbury/Wolverhampton. Occasional global travel (approximately 2–3 times per year) is required.

About You

You are an experienced compliance professional with a strong track record of delivering global programmes. You bring deep expertise across:

  • Anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) and broader ethics and integrity programmes
  • Third-party risk management
  • Conflicts of interest management

You are confident interpreting complex regulatory requirements and translating them into clear, actionable policies and processes that work in practice. You combine strong technical knowledge with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global organisation.

You are also comfortable working across different regions and cultures, with a willingness to travel internationally a few times per year to support global initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, planning and implementation of enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain compliance processes, procedures and risk mitigation workflows.
  • Oversee vendor selection and compliance technology implementation.
  • Review due diligence reports and drive risk mitigation actions.
  • Oversee gifts and hospitality controls and conflicts-of-interest disclosures.
  • Support the launch of a global Ethics Liaison Network.
  • Conduct audits of high-risk third parties and recommend corrective actions.
  • Define and track compliance programme performance metrics.
  • Develop audit and monitoring protocols.
  • Design and deliver global compliance training programmes.
  • Engage stakeholders across global teams and functions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, Risk Management or related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification in Legal or Compliance.
  • 7–8+ years of experience in a compliance or legal role.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience implementing global compliance programmes.
  • Knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones.
