Join Our Team as a Junior Legal Counsel – Support Business Success with Expert Legal Guidance!
Are you passionate about providing practical legal solutions, ensuring compliance, and supporting business operations? We are looking for a talented Junior Legal Counsel to join our Legal team within the Commerce, Distribution and Consumer Law team. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a key role in helping our business navigate legal matters while fostering a culture of compliance and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and advise operational teams on distribution law and contract drafting.
- Implement and oversee the Group’s overall training program on competition law.
- Provide daily operational legal support (hotline) on competition law issues.
What We’re Looking For:
The successful candidate will actively participate in a number of tasks, including the following:
- Assisting with the drafting, negotiation, and updating of the company’s distribution contracts;
- Assisting with the drafting, negotiation, and updating of the company’s distribution contracts;
- Assisting operational teams with all their day-to-day issues and questions related to commercial, competition, and consumer law, as well as general legal matters;
- Identifying and targeting key teams for training, and developing customized training programs tailored to operational needs;
- Actively participating in the general training program (drafting content, preparing materials/slides, facilitating sessions, and training teams);
- Managing participant follow-up and preparing activity reports (reporting) for the competition program for senior management;
- Maintaining the dedicated hotline to provide practical answers to urgent questions from operational staff.
Ideal Experience
- Previous experience in a legal counsel or similar legal advisory role, ideally within a corporate or in-house environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and drafting contracts.
- Familiarity with group standards and legal requirements relevant to the business.
Skills & Competencies
- Diligence, efficiency, organization, enthusiasm, team spirit.
- Strong knowledge of competition and distribution law.
- Solid general understanding of business law and commercial contracts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to establish
