Join Keoghs’ growing Complex Injury team and work alongside a Legal 500 recognised partner on life-changing cases. You’ll gain hands-on experience in catastrophic injury work—supporting claims worth £two hundred and fifty thousand+ and developing the technical skills to progress into a specialist lawyer role.

About the role

This is more than a paralegal position—it’s a development pathway.

You’ll support a high-performing team handling complex and large loss claims, gaining exposure to serious injury cases such as brain injuries, spinal injuries, and traumatic amputations. You’ll work closely with an experienced Large Loss Lawyer and receive structured guidance as your skills grow.

You’ll play an active role in progressing cases and supporting successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

Case support & administration
  • Preparing and filing basic court documents
  • Managing deadlines, hearing dates, and case records

  • Conducting legal research to support case strategy
As you develop, you’ll also:

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders
