Partner Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Partner Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of Weave’s partner marketing programs and initiatives.

This role is execution-focused and plays a critical part in ensuring campaigns, communications, and partner initiatives are delivered on time, accurately, and with high quality. The Coordinator will manage day-to-day project workflows, support partner communications, and maintain systems and processes that keep programs running smoothly.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is exceptionally detail-oriented, and is comfortable managing multiple projects while coordinating across internal teams and external partners.

What You Will Own

1. Project Management & Execution (Primary Ownership)

  • Manage day-to-day execution of partner marketing initiatives, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and aligned with objectives

  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking across multiple campaigns and programs

  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows between marketing, sales, creative, and partner teams

  • Track progress against deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure tasks are completed

  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays early and communicate updates to stakeholders

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed with accuracy

2. Partner Communications & Coordination

  • Support day-to-day communication with partner marketing counterparts, ensuring timely and clear responses

  • Coordinate campaign details, timelines, and deliverables with partners

  • Assist in drafting and sending partner communications, including emails, updates, and campaign materials

  • Maintain organized records of partner communications and engagement history

  • Support distribution of marketing assets, toolkits, and resources to partners

  • Help ensure partners have what they need to successfully execute campaigns

3. Campaign & Content Coordination

  • Coordinate execution of co-marketing campaigns across channels (email, events, webinars, digital, etc.)

  • Manage timelines and delivery of campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging guidelines

  • Track content usage and ensure assets are properly organized and accessible

  • Support updates and maintenance of partner-facing and internal marketing materials

  • Assist in adapting or formatting content for partner use (slides, one-pagers, emails, etc.)

4. Program Tracking & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking systems for campaigns, partners, and deliverables

  • Ensure all project details, timelines, and statuses are clearly documented and accessible

  • Track partner program activity, campaign participation, and execution status

  • Maintain organized documentation across tools and systems to support visibility and alignment

  • Support onboarding documentation and process guides for partner programs

5. Reporting & Performance Support

  • Assist in gathering and organizing data related to campaign and partner performance

  • Maintain reporting trackers for key metrics such as leads, engagement, and pipeline contribution

  • Support preparation of recurring reports and summaries for internal stakeholders

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems

  • Help identify trends or gaps based on performance data

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or similar roles

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Basic experience with marketing, project management and CRM tools

What Will Make Us Love You

  • Basic skills in email/HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress or similar to support creative development

  • Experience supporting partner, channel, or co-marketing programs

  • Familiarity with campaign execution across multiple marketing channels

  • Experience with budget management and campaign performance reporting
