Fashion Retail Marketing Manager

Job Mission

The fashion division is entering a new phase of expansion of its business. In order to help the organization continuously strengthen the daily business and take challenges of the future, this role is created to build strong partnership with Retail aligning OBOS strategy, planning & providing seamless experiences for our clients. Besides, this is also one of the key roles to ensure the message delivery of creation by the house throughout every collection by working closely with different stakeholders.

The Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for

  • End-to-End Collection Event Orchestration & Execution: Lead full-cycle event execution, creative orchestration and excellent on-ground execution for collection launch events. Oversee the entire event lifecycle from pre-event conceptual alignment, detailed logistics arrangement to on-site delivery and post-event closure, ensuring consistent high-standard event excellence and immersive brand experience for our clients.
  • Strategic Business Alignment & Client Development Collaboration: Develop in-depth strategic understanding of boutique-level business priorities and core operational goals by fully anchoring and interpreting OBOS strategic guidelines. Establish close cross-team synergy with CEM and retail teams to gain profound insights into VIP client portraits, long-term relationship trajectories and personalized growth demands. Translate overall brand business strategies and client development philosophies into event-oriented strategic thinking, empower high-value client retention, deep relationship cultivation and premium client value activation through event layout, and underpin the sustainable growth of boutique core business.
  • Event Calendar Governance, Resource Optimization & Budget Management: Own the overall annual and seasonal event roadmap and calendar arrangement. Conduct rational resource allocation, manpower scheduling and cost controlling, strictly manage event budgets, optimize input-output efficiency, and ensure all scheduled events are delivered on time, within budget and in high quality.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment & Project Coordination: Lead cross-departmental project synchronization and stakeholder alignment across Retail, VM, Merchandising, AD, CEM, Style Expertise, L&D and other internal teams. Facilitate full communication, unify event execution standards, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, and ensure seamless teamwork for integrated event delivery.
  • Global Team & External Vendor Collaboration & Progress Monitoring: Maintain close communication and follow-up with the Global Image Team and external production agencies. Track the full progress of event scenography design, on-site visual scheme, props production and venue setup, strictly benchmark global brand standards and ensure localized implementation is fully consistent with global aesthetic and execution requirements.
  • On-Site Supervision & Excellent Experience Delivery: Take full charge of on-site event management, process control, sustainability control, emergency response and detail refinement. Standardize on-site service, display presentation and guest reception procedures to deliver sophisticated, consistent and impeccable brand event experiences for our visitors.
  • Post-Event Analysis, Summary & Continuous Optimization: Collaborate hand-in-hand with cross function teams to conduct comprehensive post-event data evaluation, effect review and client feedback analysis. Compile standardized post-event reports, summarize existing gaps, extract replicable best practices, and propose targeted optimization strategies to continuously upgrade future event quality and client.


Requirements (what you can bring to the team)

  • Over 10 years of solid experience in luxury fashion marketing and high-end VIP event management, with profound industry insights and end-to-end premium event delivery capabilities.
  • Strong cross-functional and global collaboration skills, capable of aligning with internal teams, global brand teams and external agencies to unify global standards and localized event execution.
  • Client-strategy oriented, able to leverage high-end events to deepen VIP relationship cultivation, activate high-value client assets and support long-term boutique business growth.
  • Proficient in luxury scenography and brand standard management, ensuring all event visuals and on-site details strictly comply with global brand specifications.
  • Equipped with professional on-site control and crisis management capabilities to secure smooth, high-quality event delivery and smooth experience.
  • Sensitive to fashion industry trends, good at innovating event formats based on collection features and brand tonality to build premium client experiences.
  • Experience in business analysis, project setup, implementation & application.
  • Experience in marketing campaign planning, production & operation planning, budget tracking.
  • Strong project management skills & proved successful cases.
  • Solid knowledge in marketing campaign operations.

  • Fluent English communication skills in verbal & written.
