About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing programs across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This role is responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, increase brand awareness, and strengthen customer engagement across the region.
As a key member of the APJ marketing team, you will work closely with Sales, Channel, Alliances, Customer Success, and Global Marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns and events that support CrowdStrike's go-to-market priorities. You will bring a strong understanding of B2B technology marketing, a passion for cybersecurity, and a proven ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute the ANZ field marketing strategy aligned to regional pipeline and revenue goals.
Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing programs across digital, virtual, and in-person channels, with a focus on in person channels
Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify target accounts, priority segments, and growth opportunities.
Drive demand generation initiatives that create qualified pipeline and accelerate opportunities through the sales funnel.
Lead the planning and execution of customer events, executive roundtables, industry conferences, partner events, webinars, and regional campaigns.
Collaborate with Channel and Alliance teams to deliver joint marketing initiatives that expand market reach and generate partner-sourced pipeline.
Work with Global and APJ marketing teams to localize campaigns and content for the ANZ market.
Manage regional marketing budgets, forecasts, vendors, and event logistics to maximize ROI.
Measure and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and program effectiveness using data and insights to optimize future investments.
Support customer advocacy initiatives including customer marketing programs, reference activities, and executive engagement opportunities.
Maintain a strong understanding of cybersecurity market trends, competitive activity, and customer challenges within the ANZ region.
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and business objectives.
What You'll Need:
5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing, preferably within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes through marketing programs.
Expertise in planning and executing events ranging from large scale to executive programs, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing and CRM platforms to measure performance and optimize results.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across regional and global teams.
Passion for technology and a strong interest in cybersecurity
Experience in leveraging AI to problem solve and deliver outcomes
Bonus Points:
Experience marketing cybersecurity solutions and a strong understanding of the threat landscape.
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and enterprise buying journeys.
Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, cloud providers, and alliance ecosystems.
