Head of Creative Works, SPLatam
In this role, you will be the Head of Creative Works for SPLatam (Spanish Latin America), directly leading a high-performing team of Creative Business Partners and Creative Strategists who drive innovative creative strategies for our most strategic clients. You will serve as a lead creative consultant and regional thought leader, overseeing the delivery of product area client projects and product activation activities at scale.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience defining high-level, long-term goals, priorities, and overall direction for creative and product-related initiatives in the broader context of organizational strategy.
- Understanding of Google and YouTube’s ad solutions, specializing in creative ad products and generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
- Ability to build relationships and influence executive-level stakeholder groups, including Vice Presidents and Directors.
- Excellent business acumen, storytelling, and structured customer discovery skills, with the ability to translate complex client business models into creative adoption roadmaps.
- Track record of delivering compelling pitches that lead with insight.
