Strategic Partner Manager, Influencer Marketing Agencies and Platforms, YouTube

This role requires a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, YouTube’s role in growing and shaping the landscape, and a passion for fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with influencer marketing agencies. You will identify industry trends, gather engaged intelligence, and provide guidance to internal teams to scale brand agreements on YouTube. Your role requires strong relationship-building skills, thinking, and the ability to navigate cross-functional collaborations.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, creator-services (or other creator-driven industries), creator commerce industries or a related role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Project management experience; ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Experience in the influencer marketing industry, with expertise in agency dynamics and the creator landscape, including YouTube or short-form video.
- Experience in negotiating agreements and effective execution of agreements.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights that drive outcomes for external partners.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills; ability to influence internal and external executives and align cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of proactively identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.
