The Purchasing Manager – Influencer Marketing & Creator Ecosystem is responsible for developing and leading P&G's influencer marketing supply ecosystem across the Philippines. This role is accountable for identifying, sourcing, and scaling the partners, capabilities, and technologies required to significantly increase both the quantity and quality of creator-led content assets at best total value across brands.
The role will lead the strategic development of an ecosystem spanning influencer agencies, creator management companies, creator marketplaces, UGC platforms, creator intelligence providers, social listening platforms, and emerging creator technologies. Through these partnerships, the role will help accelerate content production velocity, improve engagement and talkability of creator assets, strengthen cultural relevance, and enable brands to identify and activate the most effective creators at scale – while driving the most efficient cost and return of investment.
• Lead the end-to-end development of P&G's influencer and creator ecosystem strategy.
• Define sourcing strategies across influencer agencies, creator management companies, creator marketplaces, UGC providers, social creative agencies, creator intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled content partners.
• Identify and onboard best-in-class partners capable of supporting large-scale creator discovery, content creation, creator engagement, and content optimization.
• Build supplier ecosystems that enable rapid scaling of creator-led asset generation while maintaining quality and brand standards.
• Continuously assess emerging creator technologies and ecosystem innovations.
• Identify partners and technologies that accelerate content production, creative iteration, and creator activation at scale.
• Evaluate AI-enabled solutions supporting creator discovery, content generation, and content quality optimization.
• Build partnerships that improve engagement, shareability, talkability, and cultural relevance.
• Leverage creator intelligence, social listening, and trend analytics capabilities.
• Introduce innovative operating models that improve speed and effectiveness.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
• Drive value creation through commercial optimization and supplier performance improvement.
• Develop supplier performance frameworks, benchmarks, and KPI scorecards.
• Implement governance frameworks covering creator engagement, content rights, supplier compliance, brand safety, and risk management.
• Ensure effective supplier relationship management while maintaining compliance.
• Stay ahead of developments across influencer marketing, creator economy platforms, AI-enabled marketing technologies, and digital content ecosystems.
• Build playbooks and capability frameworks.
• Champion digitization and automation opportunities across creator discovery, supplier onboarding, contract management, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Upskill stakeholders on emerging creator ecosystem trends and innovation opportunities.
• Help shape the long-term roadmap for influencer marketing procurement and creator ecosystem development.
Job Qualifications
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven tools.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing ecosystems and creator economy business models.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Economy, Digital Marketing Procurement, Agency Management, Media Procurement, or related commercial functions.
• Experience working with influencer agencies, creator management organizations, creator marketplaces, social listening providers, creator intelligence platforms, or marketing technology partners.
• Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance management.
• Experience evaluating emerging digital capabilities and AI-enabled marketing technologies is highly preferred.
