Assistant Manager, BU Marketing, Sportstyle

YOUR MISSION

  • This role is to plan and execute all sportstyle markting/PR/activities (mainly for PRIME/SELECT) within the country(s) to enhance brand awareness and achieve commercial objectives.
    - Drive campaigns and all releated activities with APAC ambassador.
    - Plan and execute local campaigns and strategic/key account initiatives.
    - Communication and management of agencies. (PR, PPL, social, digital viral, AD, production and event)

  • [Task 1] : Campaign Development & Management (APAC & Local) (20%)
    Develop and drive marketing/PR campaigns featuring APAC ambassadors (K-pop artists) and local key initiatives.
    Oversee the creation of campaign assets and execute all related marketing activities.

  • [Task 2] : Event Planning & Execution (20%)
    Plan, organize, and execute brand events and experiential activities for key product launches.

  • [Task 3] : Omnichannel Advertising & Performance Marketing (20%)
    Plan and organize channels for both online and offline advertising to drive brand visibility and performance marketing objectives.

  • [Task 4] : Social Media & Digital Viral Marketing (20%)
    Establish social media roll-out schedules and oversee execution.
    Develop and implement innovative digital viral marketing ideas and content strategies.

  • [Task 5] : Influencer Relations & PR Operation Support (20%)
    Build strong relationships with key influencers and manage product seeding programs around major campaigns and collaborations.
    Support PR operations, including the management of shooting samples and the translation/composition of press materials.
     

YOUR TALENT

  • Education : Major in Business Studies, ideally with a focus on Marketing Communication or equivalent (above Bachelor degree)

  • Professional : + 7 years of experience in marketing/PR in fashion or sports brand. PR, social, AD or event agency experience is also welcome.

  • IT Skills : Good MS office skills, Adobe photoshop

  • Language Skills : English (Fluent)

  • Competencies : Creativity & Innovation, Analysis ability, Open Communication & Listening, Planning & Organizing

  • Functional Skills : Campaign shooting Management, Event&project Management
