We are seeking a Senior Media Director to lead media strategy, governance, and operational excellence across Hispanic markets in Latin America. This role will be responsible for driving a regional media vision, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and local market execution while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the organization.
The position will oversee the coordination of multiple market clusters, ensuring a full-funnel approach to media planning — from brand building and audience development to performance and conversion objectives. The Senior Media Director will act as the key connection point between regional strategy and local market realities, enabling teams to develop effective tactical plans and execute high-quality media solutions tailored to each market.
This role will be accountable for establishing governance frameworks, driving process standardization, ensuring operational consistency, and elevating the quality of media delivery across Hispanic markets. Through strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-market collaboration, the Senior Media Director will identify growth opportunities, foster innovation, and ensure media capabilities are aligned with business objectives.
