Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Fixed term Contract - 6 months) to take the lead to expand Workato’s marketing programs across field and digital marketing. With potential for extension subject to business needs. Reporting to the APJ Senior Marketing Director, this person will be responsible for the strategy and execution of high-impact marketing programs to generate pipeline, awareness and deal acceleration.

  • Support the overall marketing strategy and execution for the ANZ market.
  • Research and identify industry-leading third-party programs to drive new logos, thought leadership and brand awareness. While developing new and innovative ways to reach our target audience through solution-focused content and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure messaging and marketing deliverables are executed according to strategy.
  • You will architect and execute multi-channel integrated campaigns, develop personalised campaigns for our most strategic accounts, and partner closely with Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and expand existing accounts
  • Develop compelling, audience-centric messaging and creative content that resonates across different buyer personas, industries, and funnel stages.
  • Manage campaign budgets with a rigorous focus on ROI; monitor, report, and continuously improve performance metrics 
  • Develop and manage specific landing pages, microsites, and tailored content assets (case studies, business cases, ROI calculators) in partnership with content and design.
  • Play a crucial role in WoW Sydney 2026
  • Own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), display, email, SEO, GEO and content syndication

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 8+ years B2B software/technology partner or field marketing experience.
  • Experience in handling large events. 1000+ ppl. 
  • Preferably experience in marketing to IT
  • Ability to travel occasionally, when travel permits.
  • Preferably someone who has experience managing a team
  • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce and other MarTech is preferred

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • Exceptional level of attention to detail. 
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with a “make it happen” attitude.
  • Team-oriented, high energy, excellent interpersonal skill and strong cross collaborator
