Senior Media Buyer, Native
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Media Buyer, Native based in the United States.
This is a high-performance, revenue-owned media buying role focused on scaling Native advertising as a core acquisition channel within a fast-paced digital publishing environment. You will take full ownership of campaign performance, managing significant media budgets while optimizing across the entire marketing funnel—from creative strategy and landing page experience to conversion and downstream monetization. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, rapid execution, and a willingness to operate with full accountability for outcomes rather than activities. You will be responsible for identifying performance drivers, testing aggressively, and scaling what works in a highly data-driven, ROI-focused environment. Working cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and analytics teams, you will help shape both acquisition strategy and revenue optimization. This is a hands-on, autonomous role ideal for a performance marketer who thrives in experimentation, speed, and full-funnel ownership.

- Own and scale Native advertising campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, execution, optimization, and performance outcomes.
- Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar media budgets with a focus on profitable customer acquisition and strong unit economics.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, diagnose changes in performance, and implement data-driven optimizations quickly.
- Analyze the full marketing funnel to identify conversion gaps and improve performance across acquisition, landing pages, and monetization.
- Design and execute structured testing roadmaps across creative, copy, targeting, and landing page experiences.
- Continuously launch, iterate, and scale campaigns based on performance insights and experimentation results.
- Track and report key performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, profit per session, and lead quality, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, editorial, and analytics teams to align campaign strategy with content and revenue objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive dynamics to inform ongoing optimization strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, with direct hands-on experience in Native advertising.
- Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns profitably at significant budget levels across Native, Meta, Google, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify root causes, and make confident optimization decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets and performance reporting.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation models, and performance-based monetization strategies.
- Demonstrated experience running structured A/B tests across ads and landing pages with measurable performance improvements.
- Strong knowledge of key performance metrics (CPC, conversion rate, revenue per session, etc.) and optimization levers.
- Experience optimizing toward downstream metrics such as lead quality, conversion-to-sale rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Highly accountable, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional marketing, creative, and analytics teams.
- Bonus: Experience in affiliate marketing, publisher environments, or lead generation businesses.
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
- Opportunity to manage large-scale media budgets in a high-growth, data-driven environment.
- Fully remote flexibility with coordination aligned to East Coast working hours.
- Exposure to full-funnel optimization, including creative, landing page, and monetization strategy.
- Collaborative, cross-functional environment with strong emphasis on experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Access to advanced performance marketing tools and analytics infrastructure.
