Social Media Lead for Talent

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the social media growth strategy for high-performing creators across the fitness, wellness, and lifestyle space. You will combine creative thinking with data-driven insights to develop scalable playbooks that help creators grow their audiences and maximize monetization. Working in a fast-paced, remote environment, you'll stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging content formats while translating those insights into practical strategies. You'll collaborate closely with creator managers, provide guidance on content production, and influence both organic and paid social performance. This role offers significant ownership with the opportunity to build scalable systems and AI-powered solutions that redefine how creators receive strategic guidance.

Accountabilities:

Lead the development and execution of social media strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and business results for a portfolio of top creators.

  • Develop customized organic social strategies tailored to individual creators and their audiences.
  • Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging features across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze creator performance metrics and identify growth opportunities through ongoing reporting and insights.
  • Create scalable playbooks, launch kits, posting frameworks, and content templates that simplify execution.
  • Build educational resources, newsletters, webinars, and training materials to support creators and internal teams.
  • Advise on creative strategies that strengthen both organic content performance and paid advertising initiatives.
  • Coach creators and creator managers on editing techniques, content optimization, audience retention, and storytelling best practices.
  • Track social growth across key creator accounts and recommend data-driven improvements to maximize performance.
  • Requirements:

    Bring deep expertise in social media strategy, creator growth, and content optimization, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

    • Proven experience developing successful social media strategies for creators, brands, or digital talent.
    • Extensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and evolving platform algorithms and best practices.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance metrics and translating data into actionable recommendations.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex strategies into practical playbooks and training materials.
    • Experience supporting both organic social growth and paid creative strategy.
    • Strong understanding of content production, editing workflows, audience engagement, and retention techniques.
    • Comfortable working across fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or related creator verticals.
    • Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging automation to scale content strategy is highly desirable.
    • Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
