Accountabilities

As a key member of the product marketing team, you will lead strategic go-to-market initiatives and strengthen market positioning across sustainability solutions by:

  • Developing differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise sustainability management products.
  • Leading end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new product capabilities, launches, and feature releases.
  • Collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, Content, and Field Marketing teams to align messaging and campaign execution.
  • Creating sales enablement materials, competitive positioning, objection-handling resources, and customer-facing content.
  • Bringing customer, competitive, and regulatory insights into product strategy and marketing initiatives to strengthen commercial success.
  • Leveraging AI-powered tools and analytics to enhance messaging development, competitive research, market analysis, and product marketing effectiveness.
  • Measuring launch performance, campaign impact, and sales enablement effectiveness while continuously optimizing go-to-market strategies.
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate combines strong product marketing expertise with strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and experience working in enterprise software environments:

    • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or related B2B SaaS marketing roles.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sustainability, or a related field.
    • Proven success developing positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and sales enablement programs for enterprise software solutions.
    • Experience within sustainability, ESG, climate technology, regulatory reporting, compliance, risk management, or related industries is highly preferred.
    • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical, regulatory, and AI-driven solutions.
    • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience partnering across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
    • Customer-centric mindset with strong market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning capabilities.
    • Familiarity with AI technologies and the ability to communicate AI-enabled customer value effectively.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed and maintain reliable internet access while working remotely.
