Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Work closely with Community, Product, CRM, Paid and regional teams.
Localize global campaigns for the local market.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
Ensure consistent execution quality across all initiatives.
Requirements
3–5 years in Growth or Integrated Marketing.
Strong project management skills.
Data-driven mindset.
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills.
Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
