Global Communications Manager

Take ownership of a global communications function at the forefront of AI and cybersecurity innovation. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will shape corporate messaging, elevate executive thought leadership, and build meaningful relationships with media, analysts, and industry influencers. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help define category leadership in a rapidly evolving market while driving impactful communications across external and internal channels. Your work will directly influence brand visibility, industry perception, and business growth on a global scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global communications strategy across media, analyst relations, executive communications, internal communications, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, analysts, and industry influencers to secure high-impact media coverage and strengthen market presence.
  • Create compelling communications materials, including press releases, media pitches, executive talking points, bylined articles, briefing documents, and rapid-response commentary.
  • Lead corporate messaging and continuously refine the company's narrative to reflect evolving products, market positioning, and industry trends.
  • Partner with executive leadership to strengthen thought leadership through speaking engagements, podcasts, interviews, social media, and industry events.
  • Manage global PR agencies and internal communications initiatives while ensuring alignment, consistency, and measurable performance across regions.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across product launches, campaigns, and customer-facing materials.
  • Monitor media performance, analyst sentiment, and share of voice to generate insights that continuously improve communication strategies.
  • Requirements

    • 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations, with significant experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, or AI.
    • Proven success building long-term relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, editors, and industry analysts.
    • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling stories for business and technical audiences.
    • Experience developing executive communications, including ghostwriting articles, speeches, presentations, and social media content.
    • Demonstrated expertise managing PR agencies, communications budgets, and international communications programs.
    • Experience leading or mentoring communications professionals in collaborative, high-growth environments.
    • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
    • Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or other emerging technology sectors is highly desirable.
