This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Lead based in the United States.

This is a foundational marketing leadership role responsible for shaping how a highly technical, infrastructure-level platform is understood and adopted by institutional customers. You will be the first dedicated marketing hire, tasked with turning deep product and customer success into scalable market awareness, demand generation, and revenue impact. The role sits at the intersection of product marketing, growth, and technical storytelling, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will work closely with founders and business development teams to define positioning, build messaging, and launch repeatable go-to-market programs. A key focus will be translating complex concepts around digital asset infrastructure, security, and cryptographic systems into clear value for sophisticated buyers. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving, technical environment where marketing is being built from the ground up and directly tied to pipeline and business growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Build and own the foundational product marketing function, defining positioning, messaging, and narrative across the platform and product suite.
  • Design and execute demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline through inbound and account-based marketing motions.
  • Partner with business development teams on targeted account-based campaigns focused on high-value institutional customers.
  • Develop and maintain marketing performance metrics, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Create technical marketing assets such as one-pagers, case studies, website content, and sales enablement materials to support deal execution.
  • Lead content and thought leadership initiatives, including blogs, research content, and technical analyses that shape category perception.
  • Support brand development through digital channels, SEO/GEO strategy, and presence across relevant professional and technical networks.
  • Own event and field marketing strategy, including conference presence, speaking opportunities, and pipeline conversion programs.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, growth marketing, or content marketing roles in technical or developer-facing industries.
    • Strong ability to define positioning and messaging for complex technical products, ideally within fintech, crypto infrastructure, or SaaS.
    • Proven experience building demand generation and ABM programs that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, run experiments, and optimize marketing performance based on data.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear buyer value.
    • High level of ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments where processes are not yet defined.
    • Experience working closely with technical founders, product, or engineering teams in a highly collaborative setting.
    • Strong plus: established network within crypto, fintech, developer communities, analysts, or technical media.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary and equity package with long-term growth and leadership potential.
      • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
      • Company-sponsored retirement plan (401(k)).
      • Home-office stipend to support remote work setup.
      • Opportunity to define and lead the marketing function at an early-stage, high-growth company.
      • High-impact role directly tied to pipeline generation and company growth.
      • Company offsites, retreats, and collaborative team experiences.
      • Pathway toward future leadership roles such as Head of Marketing.
