This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Performance Media Buyer (Meta Focus) based in the United States.
This role sits at the center of a high-growth performance marketing environment focused on scaling impactful paid media campaigns across Meta platforms. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing significant advertising budgets while driving measurable business outcomes such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth. The position offers the opportunity to work across both U.S. and international markets, adapting strategies to diverse audiences and performance dynamics. You will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to develop and test high-performing ad concepts. Accountabilities:
- Lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of high-budget paid media campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), ensuring strong performance against CPA, ROAS, LTV, and revenue goals.
- Own daily optimization of campaigns, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, placements, and funnel performance improvements.
- Design and execute structured testing frameworks to identify scalable growth opportunities and improve overall account efficiency.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to develop and iterate high-performing ad creatives and testing roadmaps.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and deliver clear recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to broader cross-platform media strategies and support expansion into additional paid channels where relevant.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media buying, with deep expertise in Meta advertising and performance marketing at scale.
- Proven success managing and optimizing large advertising budgets while consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive growth targets.
- Strong command of performance marketing metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, MER, and funnel analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to build, test, and scale campaigns across both U.S. and international markets.
- Experience working closely with creative teams to develop, test, and refine high-performing ad concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and accountable working style.
- Must be U.S.-based with availability to work primarily Eastern Time Zone hours and a 5-day schedule that includes one weekend day.
- Familiarity with additional platforms such as TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, AppLovin, YouTube, and attribution tools (e.g., TripleWhale, Northbeam) is a plus.
