Head of Marketing and Growth

Lead the marketing vision for an innovative organization transforming the future of personalized health. In this executive leadership role, you will own the entire customer growth journey—from acquisition and activation to retention and expansion—while driving sustainable revenue growth through data-driven strategies. You'll oversee performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, product marketing, and brand positioning, helping shape a trusted presence in a rapidly evolving industry. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll build scalable marketing systems, lead a high-performing team, and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous optimization. This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader passionate about scaling high-growth consumer businesses.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end growth funnel, driving customer acquisition, activation, retention, expansion, and overall revenue performance.
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy spanning paid media, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and brand development.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, affiliate partnerships, and emerging digital channels.
  • Improve key growth metrics including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), payback period, and contribution margin through structured experimentation.
  • Lead onboarding, engagement, retention, and subscription optimization initiatives using personalized lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and in-product communications.
  • Define and evolve value propositions, messaging frameworks, and brand positioning while ensuring consistency across the customer journey.
  • Build scalable marketing operations, testing frameworks, and performance reporting to support rapid learning and sustainable growth.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary marketing team while fostering a collaborative, data-driven, and high-performance culture.
  • Requirements

    • 10+ years of leadership experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related executive marketing roles.
    • Proven success scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) subscription or recurring revenue businesses with sustained high-growth performance.
    • Deep expertise managing large-scale paid acquisition programs with full ownership of performance metrics and unit economics.
    • Strong background in lifecycle marketing, customer retention, subscription optimization, and churn reduction strategies.
    • Experience developing compelling brand positioning while balancing long-term brand equity with short-term growth objectives.
    • Hands-on experience designing and executing A/B testing, experimentation programs, and data-driven optimization across the customer lifecycle.
    • Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing cross-functional marketing teams.
    • Experience implementing scalable marketing technologies, processes, and operational frameworks within fast-growing organizations.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence executive decision-making.
