Performance Marketing & Growth Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven digital marketing professional to lead customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives within a fast-growing eCommerce environment. In this role, you will combine data-driven decision-making with creative brand storytelling to develop high-performing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Working closely with agency partners and cross-functional teams, you will optimize marketing performance while ensuring a seamless customer journey from first interaction through long-term loyalty. You'll have the opportunity to influence growth strategy, improve marketing efficiency, and leverage analytics to drive measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, Pinterest, Bing, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaign pacing, and investment allocation to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Partner with external agencies to develop, execute, and optimize customer acquisition and growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Own lifecycle marketing initiatives through email and SMS, including automated customer journeys, segmentation strategies, promotional campaigns, and retention programs.
  • Develop and optimize customer experiences across key lifecycle touchpoints such as welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and VIP communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaign briefs, content calendars, and customer-facing communications that balance brand consistency with business performance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for agency partners, ensuring strong collaboration, clear communication, and successful campaign execution.
  • Analyze attribution data, campaign performance, and customer insights to deliver regular reports, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Manage and optimize product feeds across advertising and marketplace platforms while maintaining data accuracy and campaign readiness.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
    • 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, eCommerce marketing, or a similar role.
    • Proven experience managing or collaborating with external marketing agencies and strategic partners.
    • Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital attribution platforms.
    • Experience with Klaviyo, including lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, automation, and email deliverability best practices.
    • Demonstrated success managing both customer acquisition and customer retention initiatives.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with Pinterest Ads, Bing Ads, Shopify, Feedonomics, or similar eCommerce tools is considered an advantage.
    • Previous experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), retail, lifestyle, or consumer goods brands is preferred.
