Accountabilities:

This role is responsible for driving annual commercial planning and ensuring strategic priorities are translated into structured, executable roadmaps across go-to-market teams.

  • Lead annual planning cycles by translating business priorities and growth objectives into aligned commercial strategies, investment plans, and execution roadmaps.
  • Drive activation of go-to-market initiatives, ensuring field teams are fully enabled and prepared for execution from launch.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Analytics to ensure coordinated execution and targeting.
  • Identify high-impact initiatives and prioritize efforts that maximize commercial outcomes and strategic alignment.
  • Establish scalable frameworks that convert successful pilots into repeatable, enterprise-wide processes.
  • Improve execution discipline by embedding operational routines, performance tracking, and structured feedback loops.
  • Transition strategic initiatives into business-as-usual operations to ensure long-term scalability and consistency.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate brings deep experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional leadership within complex, matrixed organizations.

    • 9+ years of professional experience (or 6+ with a Master’s degree), with strong exposure to commercial strategy or go-to-market roles.
    • Proven track record leading annual planning cycles and translating strategy into executable business plans.
    • Strong experience working across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations in cross-functional environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to move from strategy design to execution at scale, not just planning.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actionable priorities.
    • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
    • Deep understanding of sales operations, enablement, and commercial execution frameworks.
    • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance detail and big-picture alignment.
