As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing field operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Ensure the health and safety of personnel and protection of the environment at all times.
- Conduct all activities in compliance with Baker Hughes non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all job activities.
Job Planning & Execution
- Ensure assigned contracts and quotations are fully understood and effectively executed.
- Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in the Master Task Job Checklist (MTJC) across organizational boundaries.
- Manage end-to-end job execution, including preparation, execution, and close-out phases.
Resource Planning & Scheduling
- Schedule and dispatch resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) in alignment with job requirements.
- Optimize resource utilization while ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout job preparation, execution, and close-out.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure successful business outcomes.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment with client expectations at all stages.
Risk Management & Escalation
- Maintain familiarity with client Management of Change (MOC) and escalation processes.
- Ensure adherence to client and Baker Hughes procedures when risks to objectives arise.
- Proactively escalate issues that may impact service delivery, including:
- Requests to operate outside product specifications
- Deviations from Baker Hughes SOPs
- Drive timely resolution of operational challenges.
Financial & Commercial Accountability
- Ensure invoices are aligned with contracts/quotations with no revenue leakage.
- Support timely invoicing and collections processes to ensure cash flow targets are met.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred).
- Proven experience in oilfield operations such as:
- Well Interventions Engineering
- Drilling Engineering
- Workover Engineering or Supervisory roles
- Strong understanding of field operations, job planning, and execution processes.
