Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist

In this position... 
This role will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement throughout change processes.
Your role will be crucial in managing these changes while maintaining our capability to deliver our projects on time. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring clear communication and precise training, helping everyone on the team perform at their best. 



 

What you'll do...

  • Apply the technical change communication strategy plans 
  • Collaborate with technical leaders, managers, and HR identify communication needs, targeted messaging, and any additional change management needs to support the adoption holistic change/adoption. 
  • Create content for various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, presentations. 
  • Support the creation and implementation of communication plans to ensure the success of change management initiatives for our digital transformation goals. 
  • Support consistent messaging between different departments

You'll have...
 

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Experience working in an organization that designs and/or manufactures complex hardware products. Automotive industry experience preferred.

  • Proven experience in change management communication or related field 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $109,100-$182,800.   
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
