As a Plant Manager you are responsible for leading overall plant performance with a strong focus on safety, cost, quality, and delivery outcomes. This leader will drive operational discipline in a unionized manufacturing environment while improving a critical safety culture and addressing cost pressures. The role requires a visible, people-first leader who can motivate teams and optimize plant performance through Lean practices. Success in this position will depend on building trust, stabilizing operations, and delivering measurable improvements in key KPIs.

What You Will Do
Lead all plant operations, including safety, manufacturing, staffing, quality, maintenance, logistics, and administration in partnership with the Plant Leadership team
Own overall plant performance, including operating budgets, efficiency, and delivery of key business objectives
Drive safe, efficient, and high-performing operations while ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies, operating plans, and policies aligned with plant and regional business goals
Ensure consistent delivery of business objectives through strong execution, accountability, and performance management
Evaluate and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, and systems to enhance production capabilities
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple functions within a plant to deliver strong operational results.
Experience driving organizational change and leading teams through transformation in a manufacturing setting.
