Work Center Planning Manager
What You'll Do
- You will own S&OP (Rolling 18M) & Supply Planning: Lead S&OP rolling 18 months (TKT) supply planning process, run RCCP scenarios to offer insights about supply plan for better decision make.
- You will be responsible for Capacity Planning & Factory Alignment: Collaborate closely with manufacturing plants to assess production capacity, capability, and key constraints. Validate feasibility of supply plans considering plant capacity, material availability, and operational limitations. Identify bottlenecks, overload risks, and capacity gaps, and drive mitigation actions. Support capacity investment and resource allocation decisions through data-driven insights
- You will be responsible for PSI Management & Scenario Planning: Build and manage PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) framework to ensure end-to-end supply-demand alignment and develop scenario planning (what-if simulations) based on different demand, supply, and capacity assumptions. Evaluate trade-offs across service, cost, and risk, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for Inventory & Cash Optimization: Manage inventory levels across the network to maintain healthy stock while meeting service targets and Balance inventory, service level, and financial cash/working capital objectives. Identify excess, slow-moving, and shortage risks and drive corrective actions.
What We're Looking for
- You must have bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering or related degree.
- You must have rich experience in RCCP Planning / production planning experience in manufacturing environment.
- You must with Sufficient English skills in business communication.
What will Set You Apart
- Your experience in Tire/ Automation/ FMCG industry would be a plus.
- You with good analytical and scenario modeling skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
- You with good stakeholder management and communication skills.
