Why This Role Matters

As a Senior HR Services Specialist, Training & Quality, you will play a critical role in designing, governing, and continuously improving global HR Services training and quality frameworks to ensure consistent service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence across regions.

You will act as a global functional lead and subject matter expert, driving standardized methodologies, enabling capability building, strengthening quality governance, and influencing end-to-end HR Services outcomes through training strategy, quality controls, and process optimization.

Through your expertise, you will help build a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and high-quality service delivery across the global HR Services organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of global HR Services quality standards, policies, frameworks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency and compliance across regions.

  • Drive global quality reviews, audits, and compliance assessments, identifying risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives by applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, ERIC logic, and root cause analysis to improve quality, efficiency, and user experience.

  • Design and deliver global HR Services training strategies and programs, including onboarding, upskilling, process changes, and capability-building initiatives that support performance and scalability.

  • Serve as a Workday and HR Services subject matter expert, partnering with HRIS and Technology teams to drive system enhancements, data quality, and process optimization.

  • Establish and monitor quality metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators to measure adherence, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to global and regional stakeholders, providing functional leadership, translating strategic priorities into actionable solutions, and fostering collaboration across HR Services, HRIS, Technology, and business teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with significant experience in HR Services, Shared Services, Quality Management, Learning & Development, or Continuous Improvement environments.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing quality frameworks, governance models, training strategies, and capability-building initiatives within a global environment.

  • Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement principles.

  • Hands-on experience with Workday and HR technologies, with a solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes, systems, and their business impact.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive operational excellence and process optimization.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and regional teams and translate complex concepts into actionable solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, lead change initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strong customer focus and commitment to operational excellence.
