What You’ll Do
- Be a trusted point of contact for customers, supporting their questions, feedback, and evolving needs.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships that inspire customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Partner closely with sales, product, marketing, and finance teams to deliver thoughtful, customer-focused solutions.
- Create and maintain account plans that highlight growth opportunities and proactively address potential risks.
- Collaborate with the Director of Key Accounts to align customer strategies with company goals.
- Share insights about customer preferences, trends, and challenges to help guide better decisions.
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events when needed.
What You’ll Bring
- 3 - 5 years of experience in customer development, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Have a track record of significant business development.
- A proactive, thoughtful approach to solving problems and supporting customer success.
- Confidence using MS Office, CRM systems, and data tools such as Excel or Power BI.
- Fluency in English and Danish, enabling clear and professional business communication.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events (driver’s license required).
- Experience working in B2B environments and building long-term partnerships.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
