Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs concurrently, showcasing organizational skills and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in building robust relationships, influencing outcomes, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business acumen and experience in process analysis, operational modeling, and identifying optimitzation opportunities within large-scale operational environments.
- Ability to translate ambiguous data and complex insights into actionable strategies, compelling business cases, and measurable operational improvements.
