Market Analysis and Planning Manager
At HP, our Personal Systems (PS) Strategy organization sits at the center of where market insight meets bold strategic direction. The MAP (Market Analysis & Planning) team is a critical engine behind that work—developing the forward-looking intelligence, market models, and fact base that inform some of the company’s most important strategic decisions.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity—someone who combines deep analytical rigor with strong business judgment and wants to directly influence where markets and the business are heading.
The Opportunity
On the PS MAP team, you will play a central role in driving the company’s strategic direction, ensuring the business remains competitive and adaptable in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
You will develop strategic recommendations by leading the synthesis of complex data, in-depth market and business analysis, and rigorous hypothesis testing—ensuring well-informed, high-quality strategic decisions.
This role operates at the intersection of insight and action—working across large, cross-functional teams and collaborating with business leaders to align strategy with organizational goals and drive execution.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
