Project Engineer Asc
Description:Works with the EGSE LE2 PM Team to ensure internal and external integration of EGSE LE2. Coordinates and conducts normal Business Rhythm or Ad Hoc Programmatic and Customer Meetings, as well as maintaining meeting minutes. Works with EGSE LE2 Team Members to coordinate and develop reports and presentations. Develops and maintains EGSE LE2 documentation (e.g. Desk Guides, New Hire Documentation, EGSE LE2 101 Documentation, etc.). Organize and maintain EGSE LE2 SharePoint & Livelink Sites. Assist Project Engineers to ensure organizational standard processes are adapted, approved, and followed.
Basic Qualifications:
• Appropriate degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Excellent planning and scheduling skills
• Experience coordinating and developing presentations
• Microsoft Office Certified
• Experience leading and motivating a team or group of individuals in a project or project-like environment
• Experience with Navy FBM Customer or other US Government Customer
• Experience with MS Project or other similar scheduling software
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
