Job Responsibilities:
- Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper-level staff
- Required to provide language and local knowledge assistance for department assigned expatriates. These duties will include but are not limited to the following: Rental accommodation coordination, utilities assistance, travel arrangements, Macau immigration matters, transportation arrangements, delivery services, etc
- Compose and distribute meeting minutes and emails for internal communications
- Assemble information from department supervisors for meetings and reports
- Track all costs on proper spreadsheets and ensure timely payments for all department employment contracts, rental agreements, utilities, etc
- Compose and enter department’s purchase requisitions to the company’s purchasing system
- Maintain department’s vacation calendar and training records
Job Requirements:
- 1 -2 years’ solid working experience in secretary or administrative officer role
- High diploma or above
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fully conversant with Microsoft applications
