A day in the life of a Distribution Center (DC) Recruiter at VF looks a little like this.

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume Distribution Center environment - playing a critical role in ensuring the facility is staffed with top talent to meet operational demand. You’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, the HR team, and onsite leadership—serving as a trusted talent advisor—while collaborating closely with the broader DC Talent Acquisition team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and drive consistent, scalable hiring outcomes.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer for high-volume Distribution Center roles

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, onsite HR, and DC leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective staffing strategies

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, efficient scheduling, and a smooth interview process

  • Source talent through a variety of channels including employee referrals, job boards, community partnerships, job fairs, and creative sourcing strategies

  • Conduct phone screens and manage candidate pipelines to ensure qualified talent moves efficiently through the hiring process

  • Track hiring progress and maintain candidate pipelines, staffing reports, and fulfillment data to meet workforce demand

  • Ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with EEO guidelines and company policies

  • Partner with the broader DC and High Volume Recruiting Teams to evaluate processes and provide optimization solutions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) throughout the recruiting lifecycle

  • Support and execute hiring events, job fairs, and workforce initiatives within the local market

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the hiring experience

  • Represent VF’s employer brand and culture in every interaction

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting (Distribution Center, manufacturing, retail, or call center environments preferred)

  • Working knowledge of EEO and employment compliance

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring decisions

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve for labor supply challenges

  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

  • Strong customer focus and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

  • Bilingual (highly preferred)

Location: This position is based on site at our Jonestown Distribution Center (3-4 days per week, depending on the time of year)

Hiring Range:

$68,000.00 USD - $85,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
