As a Growth Planning Manager, you will be part of the Growth Marketing team, sitting at the intersection of growth and marketing while collaborating with Finance and CDI (Analytics) teams. You will collaborate with several teams to design long-term business strategies, track impactful initiatives that increase subscriber growth, and coordinate comprehensive budget allocations to deliver maximum return on investment. You will combine data inference with creative execution to provide business recommendations for market and regional dynamics, marketing channels, and attribution, and content-driven consumer platforms.

The Growth Planning and Budget Allocation team will be responsible for planning, tracking, and allocating budgets across several teams. These teams include Brand, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle Marketing, all of which are part of the Growth team. The goal is to ensure we spend towards the highest ROI initiatives. You will work with CDI, Finance, Growth, Marketing, and Regional teams to level up our budget planning, subscriber, and free trial forecasting initiative tracking process.
