This role is central to supporting the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects within a highly regulated life sciences environment. You will work closely with project managers to help plan, organize, and track initiatives that span clinical, regulatory, and operational domains. The position requires strong coordination skills to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are consistently met across multiple workstreams. You will contribute to maintaining project visibility through accurate reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Accountabilities:

  • Support project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and project leadership.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, issue logs, and other governance materials.
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of project budgets, expenses, and financial documentation.
  • Support the development of project proposals, including scope definition, timelines, and resource planning.
  • Maintain organized project files and ensure documentation compliance with internal standards.
  • Assist in improving project management tools, templates, and operational processes.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to project teams as needed.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project support roles, preferably within the life sciences or regulated industries.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes.
    • Strong teamwork mindset with a proactive and accountable approach to work.
