We are looking for a Business Assistant, Entertainment Licensing who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-driven to join our GSIP (Global Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships). The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to support daily business operations, coordinate projects, and facilitate communication between teams and external partners.
Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, along with experience in business administration, operations, or project coordination. The ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and support strategic initiatives will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to business leaders and teams.

     

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business documentation.

     

  • Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.

     

  • Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress.

     

  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.

     

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners.

     

  • Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

     

  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

    • 2–4 years of experience in a business support, operations, or administrative role.

    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred:

      • Experience in the gaming, technology, or entertainment industry.

      • Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, or contract administration.

      • Multilingual capabilities (a plus, but not required).
