Senior Product Operations Manager

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and business strategy, focused on transforming product usage insights into measurable business impact. You will play a key role in shaping how product performance is tracked, understood, and acted upon across the organization. By building scalable analytics frameworks and self-service tools, you will empower product and cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions with confidence. The position involves deep collaboration with engineering, data, and product leaders to ensure data integrity, metric consistency, and alignment with business objectives. You will also translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives that guide roadmap prioritization and executive decision-making. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, data-driven operator who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead deep-dive product and user behavior analyses to uncover insights on usage patterns, friction points, retention drivers, and revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain scalable reporting frameworks that connect product metrics to business outcomes such as retention, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop dashboards, templates, and self-service analytics tools that enable product teams to independently access and interpret data.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to define, implement, and maintain event tracking, data models, and governance standards.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of product data across analytics platforms and BI tools.
  • Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product roadmaps and executive reporting.
  • Requirements:

    • 5–8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related data-driven product roles.
    • Proven experience building or scaling product analytics ecosystems in SaaS or platform environments.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
    • Deep understanding of KPIs, data modeling, event tracking, and product instrumentation.
    • Experience connecting product usage data to business outcomes and strategic decision-making.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data and influence stakeholders across teams.
    • Highly organized, process-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance high-level vision and detailed execution.
