Technical Program Manager

Crusoe · Dublin - IE

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About This Role

Crusoe is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic Cloud Readiness team. This is a critical position designed to drive the expansion and operational excellence of our sustainable data center infrastructure. You will take the lead on complex, onsite deployment projects, serving as the bridge between infrastructure development and live operations. Your work will directly impact Crusoe’s ability to scale our climate-aligned computing power by ensuring every new site is primed for high-performance execution.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a deep background in data center infrastructure and a proven track record of managing large-scale technical deployments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of site readiness, from initial planning through final handover. If you are passionate about building the future of computing while maintaining a commitment to ethical and sustainable energy practices, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead high-visibility projects that are fundamental to our global mission.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Lead and Manage Deployments: Take full ownership of end-to-end project management for new data center deployments, ensuring high-quality execution from initial planning through final operational handover.

  • Ensure Site Readiness: Oversee and manage all critical aspects of site preparation, coordinating multifaceted tasks to ensure facilities are perfectly primed for equipment installation and immediate operation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage internal relationships with the Digital Infrastructure Group (DIG) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to align project goals, resolve dependencies, and ensure seamless delivery.

  • Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Gantt charts and other advanced tools to ensure every milestone is delivered on time and within scope.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and project risks, developing robust mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and ensure smooth project progression.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to leadership and cross-functional partners regarding project status, milestones, and strategic successes.

  • Process Improvement: Drive the continuous evolution of our project management methodologies, identifying opportunities to refine deployment processes and increase the efficiency of the Cloud Readiness team.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Extensive Technical Leadership: You possess 7+ years of progressive experience in technical project management, specifically focused on infrastructure deployments or data center operations.

  • Deep Infrastructure Knowledge: You bring a solid technical understanding of data center environments, including networking, server deployments, and cloud readiness requirements.

  • Proven Project Delivery: You have a demonstrated track record of navigating complex technical projects from inception to completion with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Advanced Tool Proficiency: You are an expert in using industry-standard project management tools and Gantt charts to plan, schedule, and track multifaceted progress.

  • Dynamic Collaboration: You offer exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between engineering, operations, and executive leadership teams.

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: You possess strong analytical abilities and the agility to navigate unforeseen challenges while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Mobility for Impact: You have the ability and willingness to travel onsite to our data centers as required to provide direct project oversight and management.

Bonus Points

  • Professional Certification: Possession of a PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.

  • Sustainability Passion: Previous experience working with renewable energy projects or carbon-neutral infrastructure initiatives.

  • Advanced Experience: 10+ years of experience managing hyperscale or modular data center deployments.

  • Agile Expertise: Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies adapted for hardware and infrastructure environments.

  • Safety Knowledge: General understanding of data center safety standards and OSHA compliance during deployment phases.

Benefits:
