The Reciprocating Compressor (RC) Team is working on the growth of the historic product line, aiming to take it to the next level.
We need a proactive and energetic individual with deep understanding of RC space, to become the entry point and guide growth initiatives, including:
Supporting the Long-Range-Plan (LRP) for product strategy definition.
Supporting strategy deployment and strategy execution to accomplish business plan and achieve financial targets.
Supporting the must win process to drive commercial intensity.
Having a close collaboration with Marketing/Sales/ITO to monitor market trends, customer’s needs and competitive landscape.
Developing external collaborations/agreements/partnerships and support M&A activities to strengthen product positioning and global network.
Developing and promote internally the offering of RCs within existing tenders to ensure an effective improvement of the overall Baker Hughes’ solution to the customers.
Being involved in Ad hoc projects.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a degree in engineering or economics.
Demonstrate at least 5 Years of experience in rotating equipment.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at executive level.
Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills.
Previous experience with documenting, planning, reporting, and executing programs.
