Analista Scrum Master Pleno

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-level Scrum Master Analyst based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity to act as a key driver of agile maturity within multidisciplinary squads working on complex digital transformation initiatives. You will facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams are aligned, productive, and continuously improving their delivery practices. The position plays a central role in removing impediments, enabling collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, and supporting the successful delivery of software and digital products. You will also contribute to the evolution of agile culture within the organization, helping teams adopt best practices in Scrum and Kanban. In addition, you will monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to guide continuous improvement. The environment is collaborative, large-scale, and innovation-oriented, with strong exposure to enterprise-grade projects across multiple industries.

Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Support multidisciplinary squads in adopting, maturing, and optimizing Agile practices (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Identify and remove impediments, while managing dependencies across teams and ensuring smooth delivery flow.
  • Monitor Agile metrics (velocity, lead time, burndown, burnup) and propose continuous improvement actions based on insights.
  • Support Product Owners and teams in backlog management, prioritization, and delivery planning.
  • Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery squads.
  • Identify delivery risks and support mitigation planning to ensure predictable outcomes.
  • Drive Agile transformation initiatives and promote an Agile mindset across the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team dynamics focused on continuous improvement and team performance.
  • Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile delivery roles (mid-level experience).
    • Strong hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
    • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with Agile metrics such as velocity, lead time, burndown, and burnup charts.
    • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
    • Proven ability to remove impediments and manage risks in Agile environments.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
    • Experience in software development or digital product environments.
    • Knowledge of Agile transformation, change management, and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
    • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
    • Experience in large enterprise environments is also a plus.
