You will help accelerate the practical adoption of AI across our International Vehicle Payments business. The role is ideal for someone who can operate at the intersection of business, technology, change management, and delivery. The successful candidate does not need to be a machine learning engineer, but should be comfortable with AI concepts, able to translate business problems into actionable solution plans, and strong at helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working.

Reporting to the VP, AI & Data Platforms, this role will work closely with business leaders, internal AI/ML and data teams, technology partners, and external vendors to identify, shape, deliver, and scale AI initiatives that drive measurable business impact.

How We Work

As a Program Manager, AI Adoption & Initiatives, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Vincent Square, London (Victoria)
  • Company-issued equipment
  • Formal, hands-on training. Support for you to complete professional certifications.
  • Impacting core business and strategic initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include performing and/or managing the following:

Drive AI Adoption Across the Business

  • Build and run AI adoption programmes across Sales, Operations, Finance, Credit, Marketing, and other business functions.
  • Design and deliver training, office hours, playbooks, communications, and enablement materials to help teams use AI effectively.
  • Establish and manage an AI champions network across departments to share best practices, identify use cases, and support local adoption.
  • Promote practical, responsible, day-to-day use of AI tools that improve productivity, decision-making, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Manage AI Use Cases and Business Initiatives

  • Partner with business teams to identify, define, and prioritise high-value AI opportunities.
  • Lead specific AI initiatives from discovery and business case through to pilot, delivery, rollout, adoption, and benefits tracking.
  • Translate business requirements into clear initiative charters, success metrics, delivery plans, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ensure AI solutions are embedded into business processes and deliver measurable outcomes.

Measure Adoption and Business Impact

  • Define, track, and report AI adoption KPIs, including usage, engagement, productivity impact, business outcomes, and adoption maturity.
  • Build repeatable frameworks for use case intake, prioritisation, experimentation, rollout, and post-launch measurement.
  • Provide regular updates to the VP, AI & Data Platforms and senior stakeholders on progress, risks, adoption, and impact.

Partner With AI, Data, Technology and Business Teams

  • Work closely with internal data science, ML engineering, data engineering, analytics, technology, security, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Help determine whether business needs are best met through internal AI/data solutions, existing enterprise platforms, or external vendor products.
  • Support solution design by ensuring business requirements, adoption needs, and success measures are clearly understood.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping both sides move from idea to practical delivery.

Support Vendor Evaluation and Implementation

  • Identify and assess external AI vendors where third-party solutions may be appropriate.
  • Coordinate vendor demos, pilots, evaluations, business cases, and implementation planning.
  • Work with procurement, legal, security, technology, and business owners to support responsible vendor selection and rollout.

What We Are Looking For

Experience And Expertise

  • Experience in program management, business transformation, digital adoption, product operations, technology delivery, or AI/data initiatives.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, analytics, or data-driven products.
  • Experience developing KPIs, business cases, adoption dashboards, or benefits tracking frameworks.
  • Experience working with business teams such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Credit, Marketing, or Customer Support.

Business And Delivery Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across senior leaders, business users, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and turn them into actionable plans.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts in clear business language.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.
  • Strong vendor evaluation, pilot management, and implementation planning skills.

Mindset

  • Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
  • Curious about AI and passionate about helping business teams use it responsibly and effectively.
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on measurable business value rather than technology for its own sake.
  • Collaborative, organised, and confident working across a matrixed organisation.

Example Initiatives

  • Launching an AI enablement and training programme for business users.
  • Creating and running an AI champions community across departments.
  • Rolling out AI tools to improve sales productivity, call summarisation, proposal generation, or customer insights.
  • Partnering with Operations to automate manual workflows, improve exception handling, or enhance decision support.
  • Evaluating and piloting external AI vendors for business-specific use cases.
  • Measuring AI adoption, productivity gains, user engagement, and business impact.

Success Measures

  • Increased adoption of approved AI tools and solutions across priority business functions.
  • Active AI champions network established and operating effectively.
  • Clear AI adoption KPIs and reporting cadence in place.
  • Strong pipeline of prioritised AI use cases linked to business value.
  • Successful delivery of AI initiatives with measurable impact on productivity, revenue growth, retention, operational efficiency, or decision quality.
  • Positive feedback from business stakeholders and internal AI/data teams.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a pragmatic operator who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You will bring enough understanding of AI to ask the right questions, evaluate options, guide stakeholders, and help deliver practical solutions that create measurable business value. You will be especially strong at making AI usable for business teams: shaping the right use cases, coordinating the right solution path, and driving the adoption required for results to stick.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary (depending on experience) + bonus
  • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays. Plus a holiday buy back scheme
  • Pension scheme
  • Health and wellness programs
