As a Technical Program Manager Lead for Workspace, you will provide leadership to a team of Technical Program Managers (T/PgMs) and strategically direct program management efforts for a large engineering organization exceeding 200 Software Engineers. Your primary focus will be to drive the vision, strategy, and successful execution of Generative AI programs. This highly visible role requires deep technical acumen, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across numerous cross-functional (XFN) and cross-Product Area (xPA) partners. You will be instrumental in shaping and delivering a rich portfolio encompassing AI initiatives, first/second/third party integrations, core infrastructure, and other strategic AI projects.
