This senior-level role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of a complex Salesforce CPQ migration program within a high-impact enterprise environment.
You will act as the central leader coordinating multiple workstreams across Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT, ensuring alignment at every stage of execution.
The position plays a critical role in driving program governance, delivery cadence, risk management, and stakeholder communication at the executive level.
You will serve as the primary interface between client leadership and cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring transparency and momentum across all phases of the program.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the full lifecycle delivery of a complex Salesforce CPQ implementation, ensuring milestones, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment across Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, and executive leadership teams.
  • Manage program governance including sprint planning, delivery cadence, risk tracking, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between client leadership and internal delivery teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Maintain program health through proactive identification of risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks.
  • Report on program status and progress to executive stakeholders with clarity and precision.
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards, including data protection practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Promote secure handling of data across its lifecycle, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce program management, with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ implementations.
    • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream enterprise transformation programs end-to-end.
    • Strong executive presence with experience presenting and aligning with senior client stakeholders.
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, with exposure to Revenue Operations environments preferred.
    • Experience managing large-scale agile delivery environments, including sprint planning and cross-functional coordination.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills in high-visibility consulting settings.
    • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive structured execution in fast-paced environments.
    • Nice to have: familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Salesforce ARM solutions, and SaaS/subscription business models.
