Analista de Projetos Scrum Master

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Projetos Scrum Master based in Brazil.

This role is focused on enabling high-performing agile teams by ensuring smooth delivery flow, continuous improvement, and strong alignment between product, development, and business stakeholders. You will act as a key facilitator of agile ceremonies while also playing a strategic role in optimizing processes, removing impediments, and improving team productivity through data-driven insights. The position requires a strong balance between coaching, delivery management, and analytical thinking to ensure teams consistently deliver value. You will work closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to refine backlogs, improve planning quality, and support decision-making through metrics and performance indicators. In a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will also help strengthen agile culture and maturity across teams. This is an impactful role for someone who enjoys combining facilitation, leadership, and continuous improvement in complex technology environments.

Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure proper adoption of Agile and Kanban methodologies across teams.
  • Monitor and analyze agile metrics and team performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensuring items are well-defined and ready for development.
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments, dependencies, and conflicts that impact team delivery and flow.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve engineering processes, productivity, and delivery predictability.
  • Support the definition and tracking of business and delivery metrics, ensuring alignment with value creation goals.
  • Promote Agile culture and best practices across teams, fostering collaboration and transparency.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
    • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
    • Experience with backlog management, refinement, and collaboration with Product Owners.
    • Ability to analyze and track agile metrics and performance indicators.
    • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and collaboration with technical teams.
    • Experience facilitating ceremonies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
    • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on process optimization and delivery improvement.
