Training Program Manager

This role is centered on building, scaling, and continuously improving a learning ecosystem that supports both internal teams and external clients. You will translate complex software, workflows, and processes into clear, structured, and engaging training experiences that drive real performance impact. Acting as both strategist and practitioner, you will own the training roadmap, prioritize learning needs across multiple audiences, and ensure content stays aligned with evolving products and operational goals. The position requires close collaboration with subject matter experts, leadership, and cross-functional teams to design effective learning journeys. You will also define how success is measured, using feedback and data to refine training programs over time. This is a highly cross-functional and impact-driven role suited for someone who enjoys structure, clarity, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
Accountabilities:
Own and evolve the end-to-end training ecosystem across internal teams and client-facing audiences, ensuring learning programs remain relevant, effective, and aligned with business needs.
- Define and manage the training roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business goals, learner needs, and organizational impact.
- Build and maintain a structured training catalog, ensuring clarity on available programs, upcoming content, and training access pathways.
- Identify learning gaps across teams and clients, manage intake requests, and align stakeholders on priorities, scope, and timelines.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs using adult learning principles, including onboarding, product training, implementation support, and train-the-trainer models.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical and operational knowledge into clear, engaging, and structured learning content.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes and engagement.
- 3–7 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, learning and development, or similar roles in software or complex operational environments.
- Proven experience owning or contributing to a training program or curriculum across multiple audiences, products, or systems.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and their application in instructional design, facilitation, and program evaluation.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., TalentLMS or similar) and familiarity with e-learning design tools and content creation software.
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness using data and feedback to continuously improve program design and delivery.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience scaling or improving existing training programs is highly valuable.
- Salary range: $75,000 – $110,000/year
