Role Responsibilities

  • Support overall product strategy. Partner with senior product leadership to shape annual and multi-year product priorities, strategic themes, operating plans, and measurable product goals.
  • Translating strategy into execution. Convert product strategy into roadmaps, discovery plans, business cases, product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and stakeholder communications.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment. Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams to ensure roadmap commitments are clear, sequenced, and delivered effectively.
  • Champion the customer and market. Use customer feedback, sales and account insights, market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify product opportunities and pain points.
  • Leading agile product delivery. Participate in and guide backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, demos, user acceptance testing, launch readiness, and post-release measurement.
  • Managing product performance. Define success metrics and use performance data to improve adoption, retention, revenue contribution, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and platform reliability.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of product management, product strategy, platform, technology, or related business experience; BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience owning a product portfolio, product line, or multi-product roadmap in a complex B2B, SaaS, fintech, travel, lodging, workforce management, payments, or platform environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into product strategy, roadmaps, business cases, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including comfort with business cases, prioritization frameworks, ROI, revenue impact, margin, cost-to-serve, and operational trade-offs.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, engineering teams, customer-facing teams, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data, customer insights, and market research to make product decisions.
  • Experience working with agile software delivery teams and partnering with Engineering to sequence work, manage dependencies, and deliver releases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready storytelling, roadmap communication, and decision documentation.
  • Ability to work across regions and time zones, balancing UK & Ireland market needs with global product and platform priorities.

What Success Looks Like
