Product Manager, Themis, Accelerating Legal Approvals

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

AI Data is the driving force behind Google's rapid delivery of groundbreaking, impactful, and responsible AI. We make GenAI development simpler, faster, and more effective by addressing Responsible AI in GenAI development.

Our goal is to create user-friendly, trustworthy, and privacy-preserving data and metadata solutions for AI products. This will not only help Google meet the issues of the changing AI landscape but will also be crucial for achieving Google's company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for significant advancements in artificial intelligence.

US: $138000 - $198000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
• 1 year of experience with AI Platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  
• 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
• 2 years of demonstrated track record of technical innovation in data governance or related fields.
• 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
  
• Knowledge of AI policy, copyright law, or data privacy regulations.
