Senior Product Manager, Trading

This role sits at the heart of a fast-moving product organization focused on building and scaling innovative trading experiences for a global user base. You will define and execute the product vision for trading features, shaping how users interact with modern financial and crypto markets. The position requires strong ownership from ideation through launch, with responsibility for roadmap strategy, feature definition, and delivery at scale. You will collaborate daily with engineering, design, data, QA, marketing, and compliance teams in a highly cross-functional environment. Accountabilities:
- Own and maintain the product roadmap for trading features, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, milestones, and dependencies.
- Define product requirements, write detailed specifications, and collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Prioritize initiatives, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely execution of product releases.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, compliance, and growth to deliver cohesive product experiences.
- Oversee the lifecycle of specific trading features from concept through launch and iteration.
- Proven experience in product management for software or financial products at scale, ideally within trading, fintech, or crypto environments.
- Strong understanding of retail trading products, including derivatives, perpetuals, stocks, tokenized assets, or options (preferred).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to combine analytical thinking and user empathy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, drive execution, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across engineering, design, QA, marketing, and compliance teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with AI-native workflows and tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, or similar), with a human-in-the-loop approach.
- Humble, collaborative attitude with a strong focus on building user-centric products.
- Competitive annual salary range of $180,000 – $220,000.
