Business Product Manager, Talent Studio

As a part of the Talent Studio team, you will contribute to pioneering AI-powered talent solutions that equip Google and Googlers for success today and in the future. You will directly support the people's operations to hire, develop, and retain Googlers to advance individual careers and drive business results. You will build a highly adaptable, future-ready workforce through predictive talent intelligence platforms and personalized career development tools, that unlock potential and enable leaders to deploy talent with speed and precision. You will also lead the strategy for hiring and retaining niche talent groups, ensuring Google attracts and keeps the expertise necessary to compete in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $219000 - $306000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Product Management, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product strategy, product management, business administration, HR strategy, talent management, or management consulting.
- Experience working across HR and product teams on programs.
- Experience building AI-powered tools for employees or consumers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing and developing end-to-end products from ideation to implementation, tracking and reporting out on success metrics, and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience translating user insights into product requirements or digital solutions.
- Experience working with engineering or operations teams with strong technical acumen.
- Understanding of product life-cycle and product development best practices (not simply program or project management).
- Understanding of key talent and career trends.
- Ability to influence and exceed as a part of cross-functional teams, effectively managing competing priorities, ensuring alignment, and influencing design and product decisions.
